What do StackOverflow, Quora, and Yahoo Answers all have in common? They all have the same purpose: to allow people to ask questions and answer them through a richly-featured, public, and searchable medium. It turns out that many of us ask the same questions over and over again. Sometimes the answers change--we live in an ever-changing world, after all!--but the huge popularity of these websites is due to their success in approaching their goal.
We at EnergyCAP know that you have questions, too. Energy management is complicated, and as any of our Customer Support specialists could tell you, many of our users ask the same questions; yet we have never had a way to share the answers in a public way...until now!
These forums represent our first attempt ever to provide a public-facing Q&A forum and interactive channel for product feedback. We want to equip our forum readers to take full advantage of the savings (both of money and of energy) available through competent use of EnergyCAP's features. Not only that, we want to hear from you as we continue to evolve the software. Hearing bits and pieces of feedback from external-facing staff is valuable, but we want to hit the sweet spot, and we can't do it without you.
So, please feel free to ask questions and review helpful answers from both EnergyCAP staff and users like you. Do you have a great idea for a new feature to make your job easier? What are your pain points? And have you found any bugs which are impacting your ability to fully realize EnergyCAP's value for your organization? We want to hear from you, and we are ready to respond.
I thank you in advance for your participation, and I am excited about what is in store for your partnership with EnergyCAP to save money, energy, and perhaps (in some small way) the planet itself.
